Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

4 eggs / 2 cups sugar / 1 160z can pumpkin / 1.5cups oil / 3 cups flour /
2 tsp baking powder / 2 tsp baking soda / 1 tsp cinnamon / 1 tsp salt / 1 pkg chocolate chips
(i prefer the mini chocolate chips)
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar, and pumpkin until smooth.
Add dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 16-20 minutes on 400.
Makes 24-36
*I used the mini muffin pan and this recipe made 72!
Freezes well too!*
